Very rude and impatient staff. If you don’t like your job then quit? 10/10 would not recommend. 1 star is being generous.
I have been going to this pharmacy for the last 15 years and have NEVER had a bad experience. They are very polite, very quick, and have always been helpful. I don't like to burden them with my non-pharmacy purchases, but they always ask me if I want to ring it up there. Very much appreciated. Best pharmacy I have ever used. Thank you all for your hard work.
They take a long break. The time is not posted on Google. Other pharmacy are open when Google says they are open
Don’t use this pharmacy unless your doctor handwrites your prescription on paper and can write it exactly the way they request it. I had my regular prescription sent there so that I could pick it up while I was visiting for a holiday. Giant Eagle rejected the prescription from my doctor’s office 3 times and refused to fill it due to technicalities in the way my doctors system generates the prescription that no other pharmacy has ever called out - even after talking to staff at my doctors office multiple times. Only 1 deli clerk at 4:30 in the afternoon and they've been on break for the 30 minutes I've been in the store. Of course, just stopped for lunch meat.
