So I was quoted my prescription would be ready Friday after 12 noon. I gave them an extra day and the rude Arab pharmacist told me nothing is ready and they are having a hard time obtaining the script. Fair no issue but when asked why did they not call me to let me know this, in her rude brush me off attitude said they try to order it 3 times. Pharmacy tech was super rude when refilling my meds. Had to call 3 separate times to get it done and I’m still waiting for my meds. I was told it would be done yesterday, now I’m being told it’ll be done today. I need my meds and they just keep telling me to wait for the text messages. Not helpful. Rude.
After calling to see how long it would take to fill, I Was told not once but twice me prescription was ready. Had to wait about 20 minutes.
