was in somerset store got my grocery went to the front while cashier was ringing my stuff throu. the manager PJ came up to me and said i needed a mask i said im gone to pay in 2 second he told me to leave i told him my business will not be there anymore i have the right to shop there and i told him thats y they r getting sued , so i left and called corp and told them they said he done wrong and they r taking care of it , also corp agree with me if u have to wear a mask it has to be woth no shirt no shoes and no mask no servi... read more
I truley hope that PJ the manager on duty feels real big today for throwing my mother out of the store and not letting her buy her chicken because she has copd and can't wear a mask because she cant' breathe. There is no LAW stating she has to wear one!!!! She should be able to shop just like everyone else then chose to hang up on me and wouldn't give me his name the first time!!!!! Corporate and an attorney will be called... And i will be letting everyone know how they treat people at this location.
When a shopper has health issues and cannot wear a mask because of it they should not be FORCED to wear one in your store!
the employee's the bakery the meat department, the deli, the cleanliness, and the prices is bad. awesome store. awesome employee's.
My mom's birthday cake was ordered half chocolate and half vanilla. Because obviously some people like chocolate and others like vanilla. I can not even believe when my mom cut her cake, that this came from a bakery!!! It was chocolate cake on bottom with vanilla on top...??? Like who does that... picture in comment
I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am in Giant Eagle (Particularly the Somerset Store). No, disappointed isn't the right word. Pissed off is more like it! Today is my daughters 1 year Birthday and we wanted a Daniel Tiger Cake for her party. We had a whole Daniel Tiger theme. Well they call us 15 MINUTES BEFORE PICKUP, saying that their printer has been broken for days and NO ONE KNEW??? How do you not know?? So no cake for our little girl! This is absolutely ridiculous!
