When you have a party of 17 and you wait for your table and then they sit you at 3 different tables and said the tables can't be pushed together so we could celebrate a birthday as a family. The management staff was ignorant and didn't care that we were unhappy. It was a very unpleasant first experience at this place. They told us we could wait again for them To accommodate us. The food was good but the lack of consideration for our situation made the dinner unpleasant.
Food was great and our server, Julian, was fantastic! I'm a pretty big skeptic but I highly recommend The Giant Crab. Price was reasonable for a seafood buffet ($33.99 adult plate, and grab the online coupon!) Entire family left happy, make sure to try the grilled swordfish!

The food was salty..soup cold..friends from Jamaica hated it..and they jump in the ocean and get their seafood...paid 33.00 for one plate of food...asked for manager...Shelia the manager came over "oh you ate it so all I can do is tell the kitchen" bad thing is I wasn't trying to get it for free but maybe oh let me see about 5 bucks off...now I have to go back to my hotel and take a blood pressure pill to make sure I don't end up at the ER..I have always came here everytime I come to myrtle beach but thanks to this experienc... read more
Golden Corral with crab legs. Over priced sub-par food and dated interior with crappy furniture. And don't even get me started on the "free" photo the size of a postage stamp. Would not recommend!
I loved it. Everyone was friendly especially when we said it was our first time there. The food was good, I love seafood and they give u plenty of options. Atmosphere was super amazing. It was upbeat and u could feel in the air u were about to experience something fun.
We recently visited here on vacation.. I don't even eat seafood but was willing to pay the price so my son could eat crab legs. Within minutes I find plastic in my food server apologized sent the manager out. Yes they took my food off then after that my boyfriend finds a hair in his food. He brings it to the waitress attention so they can pull the stuff from the bar... After that he was done no one said anything about not paying or wanting free food!
