I ATTEMPTED to purchase a gift card for someone coming into town and still haven't received it a week later AFTER being told I'd have it 3 days ago. Can't reach anyone by phone, only FB messenger where I was told too bad, once you get it mail it back and we will credit your card...like I trust them to do that after they couldn't get it to me in the first place.
We were looking for a good place to eat and crab was heavily advertised for the restaurant. We like crab, so we went. We came in, got seated, and went for the buffet. (Mental note: always check the buffet before you continue on with your meal) the crab was not as good as expected.. we went to a competitor recently and it was a lot better and easier to get the crab meat out. Fun, good food choices, great crab legs. Service was relaxed but good, all restaurant staff were nice.
Staff were awesome.. food was great!! New favorite restaurant in Myrtle Beach! 4 extremely satisfied customers left this evening! Highly recommend
