Not organized at all. Waited 20+ mins for a party of 16 and manager only provided seating for 14...we had to break up party to be seated. Attitude of staff was horrible minus our server. This was our second time visiting. Pricing is okay for adults but no 7 year old kid will eat 18 dollars worth of food... Seemed as if management didn’t care to resolve issues with seating. We will probably take our business elsewhere next time all things considered.

Defiantly not worth the money! Food was gross the workers were so rude!
RecommendedI enjoyed The Giant Crab. The food was good and areas were kept clean. My only negative comment would be is that the staff seems to huddle together and talking with one another and ignoring the customers.

All you can eat crab legs. Amazing.
Highly do not recommend. Waited for our server “Anna” for a good 20 minutes to get our drinks. Meanwhile, she helps the people beside us who literally just sat down. Then, finally came to our table and got our drinks and told us to go ahead and get food up at the Buffett. my husband became sick from the smell. he went to vehicle without eating and I only got a plate of crab legs. after fighting a few over cooked crab Legs, I also decided not to eat anymore. they charged me 86 dollars. WTH !!!!
