I’ve brought my Cadillac Escalade to Giant Chevrolet Cadillac four times for a seat that wouldn’t recline or move forward, and the issue is still not resolved. I was charged $2,200 for a seat base, only to be told afterward that the recline still didn’t work and another $800 part was needed. When I declined and asked for the seat to be reassembled, I arrived to pick up my vehicle and found the seat still taken apart. Giant isn’t my number one pick. If you’re gonna buy look around. Giant isn’t the best at price or customer service. I don’t think I would recommend.
