Staff was friendly and helpful, dealership was very clean We worked with Sal on the phone and in person we met with Zach R., he was friendly, informative and represented the GM brand well. Come Chevy really?? $28 dollars for a spark plug that I can get online or local auto parts for $13 dollars. You make hard to support your business. Please don’t blame the Tarriffs either. Lowest I found spark plugs for 2016 Silverado 1500 was $9.57. So shop around people no point in getting ripped off.
AJ was amazing! Kept me informed during the entire process, got me a rental car and made sure my car was 100% fixed prior to me picking up.
Service shop took care of me on a Saturday. My GMC truck had a “brake system failure warning” message on our way from Death Valley to Sequoia National Park. Isiah (service manager) took me in and his team was able to diagnose the problem and do the repair as I waited. We were 6000 miles into our trip from Ohio and still had 4000 miles to go. I’d like to thank Isiah as he stayed late on a Saturday to get me back on the road.
