Currently renovating my home and if it wasn't for this place i don't know how long it would take to get flooring for my house. Very helpful with the color i wanted my floors. Great customer service, great pricing, and amazing quality. I drove over a hour two times to them for my flooring and wont mind doing it again. Don't hesitate to get your flooring from them.
We had a pipe break which flooded our bedroom. Stopped by Giant Carpet to see if they could help. Store owner couldn’t have been nicer. He gave us three choices and installed it the next day! The workmen were super polite and did a great job. We love it!
Ali always does an amazing job for us. Called him on a Thursday and the job started on Tuesday and was done in a day. Done fast, done right, and fairly priced to boot!!
I personally dealt with Ali Ghanem. I give him 5 stars because I am in the industry and appreciate straightforward information, good communication and quality work with short lead times. He was friendly, easy to deal with ( picked up his phone and showed up on time!).
