The owner is awesome! Our experiences there have always varied depending on who the sales/finance people are. In 2024... good luck! Giant offered me a trade/purchase deal via text then a few days later said nevermind, deal off??!! I saved the text too! I would definitely go to Merle Stone first! Merle Stone is way more consistent in service and professionalism.
Phenomenal Service Department! I was visiting the area when I received an alert on my phone that I needed to service my vehicle. I Googled which Cadillac dealership were in the area and came across Giant Cadillac of Visalia and I am glad I stumbled on this one. Not only did I not have an appointment, and arrived after 10:00a (on a major holiday), and the department was sort staffed, I was able to get my vehicle serviced in a little over an hour. SUPER HONEST AND NO HIDDEN FEES OR EXTRAS!!! Just wanted to write a quick review because of the awesome experience I had with giant Cadillac! I started looking outside of my home State (Utah ) For the car that I wanted because I found that it was going to be alot cheaper. Giant Cadillac was one of the first places I came across and I'm glad that I did!
