great cars terrible manners; made fun of my uncles name. essentially not a great place
this location is not joe smith approved.
I wish I can give 0 stars, never have heard of a business making fun of their paying customers before even meeting them. Not sure who teaches customer service at this facility but I’d venture to say that such training doesn’t exist here. Not sure if this is a stand up comedy club disguised as a car dealer. What a shame.
I recently experienced harassment from GH, one of your sales representatives, during a phone call. He mocked my name and was laughing along with others around him. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially at a dealership that prides itself on being respectable. I’ve already spoken with the General Manager about this incident, and I trust that appropriate action will be taken. Your employees need better training to ensure professionalism and respect in all interactions with customers.
