This review is about the doctor’s office experience, not his medical expertise, as I never saw the doctor. I arrived on time for my scheduled first appointment and was not informed that dr Giannoulias was not in the office. The front desk staff was rude and unwelcoming from the start and asked me to sit without mentioning that the dr is not in. After 20 minutes, the doctor called to say he was stuck in traffic. I came pregnant in Canada years ago, while having already a baby in my hug, and had stress if I will manage to find a good doctor like the one had back home. I was so greatful and lucky I found Dr. Giannoulias. Doctor Giannoullias is one of Best OG/GYN in Canada. Extremely unprofessional, put his hand on my thigh while telling me some corporate speak indirect non language gibberish about how reoccurring my utis are my fault and offered no further medical advancement. Said he needed to “check my cervix” and put his fingers in me. (Not scheduled procedure). I was super sleep deprived, and was just going along with the appointment and didn’t realize how absurd and violating the whole thing was until later. This was a year ago.
