Terrible business practices – Wow, this is a TERRIBLE company to rent from. I rented a studio apartment in Bexley for two years, nine months out of pure convenience. For the first year and a half, I was literally asked to keep an eye on my neighbor, who constantly BROKE THE WINDOWS, DOORS, WALLS in his apartment by throwing fits (my landlord excused this because it was apparently the son of a good friend. Rent elsewhere – Loved my apartment, great Short North location, and they treated me reasonably well...until I had the audacity to move out. I bought a condo just up the street and needed an extra month beyond the original term of my lease to wait for closing. Giannopoulos wouldn't even give me a few extra days, unless of course I wanted to pay pro-rated rent PLUS $50 extra PER DAY. How's that for customer service?
