When baby was smaller than we would expect (by over a week) as well as a lower heartbeat Guardia told me not to worry but to come back in 2 weeks for another US. I asked to check my HCG levels. She said she didn’t think that was necessary, just to wait for the US. My pregnancy symptoms virtually disappeared so I called asking if I could come in for an US. Guardia wasn’t in but they’d pass on the message and said I’d get a call back. They never called back. I miscarried that weekend.
