I'm really sorry you had such a bad experience Ms Albright. We honestly strive to make sure all of our guests are happy with their dining experience. I think that's why we do have so many returning guests and regular customers. The last thing we want to hear is that it was your first and last time at our family restaurant. Although it's no excuse, Mother's Day is by far the busiest day of the year. And of course we want to make everyone happy, especially the moms.
