“I had an amazing experience at Versace in Phillips Plaza, Atlanta. My sales agent, Rafael, was incredibly sweet and made me feel completely at ease. He was professional, answered all my questions, and the whole staff was just so nice. The gift wrapping was phenomenal! It was a truly luxurious shopping experience, and I can’t recommend them enough!”
The sales associates are the reason for at least 1 star but the classist and rude manager makes this store an embarrassment. Witnessing blatant disrespect for shoppers and a condescending tone towards staff will be the downfall of any establishment. DO BETTER!!!
