Not something one would define as a great experience but looking forward to a great result and Dr. Ricci and staff were awesome. LOVED Rachel, she made me comfortable as possible. After feeling anxious leading up to this, she was reassuring, thorough and it felt I was in good hands. Best part, I hardly felt her stick in getting IV set up. Also loved Eric with anesthesia. Five stars, ten toes, and all hands up for Dr. Ricci! I came to Dr. Ricci with a foot broken in three places, and over the course of three surgeries — plus scooters, wraps, casts, boots, and crutches — he has been nothing short of amazing. The healing process has been truly phenomenal, and I'm blown away by how minimal the scarring has been. His stitching and surgical skill are on another level.
