Wonderful Surgeon and Podiatrist. Highly recommend.
The doctor is fine, but his staff is incompetent, I am not racism) she is Mexican or from Ecuador she speak perfect Spanish. I explained something very simple a clear to her and she told the doctor a different story. When the doctor spoke to me I explained him myself what I told her before, and just being curious I asked him if she does not understand Spanish, after I went to her to explain that it was a misunderstanding she got up from her chair and leave the front desk. The Dr. himself was fine, but his staff is incompetent... It took them over an hour to put my insurance information into their system on my first visit and they did it WRONG. I had on appointment to get fitted for insoles the first week in March and they have still not successfully input the claim to my insurance company (I am 100% covered, I have called my insurance myself to confirm)... It to this day has been over two months and no headway has been made... I have called them countless times.
