The one star IS NOT for the DOCTOR! She is great, I know from the previous years! It is for the front desk that is useless ( their attitude is similar to a Walmart employee) . They "cannot check with the insurance the coverage, they don't have the time to do it, they don't want to be on hold for 2 hours, etc". Why is the FRONT DESK payed for? Not to help the customer?
