Best Management Service – The staff at GPM has done so much to make me and my fiance feel welcome. We had a problem with our A/c unit and had to endure one night that was a little warm. The next day we received a very nice gift certificate thanking us for our patience. We haven't had any more maintenance problems since then. They are so friendly and prompt. Best Management Company EVER!!!!! – I have lived with Gianikas for almost 5 years now and I am sad to say I am having to move for work. I have loved my apartment and the management company every single day!! They have bent over backwards several times and always been very dependable and quick to help when I needed them. CHEATED out of depoit – I am disappointed to have to write a bad review of Gianikis Property Management (GPM). I don't take pleasure in making disparaging remarks about people or companies but I realize that by sharing my bad experience I may save others from the same frustration I had to deal with. Upon leaving my townhome I went out of my way to make sure myself and my roommate left the property in good condition. Horrible management – I would highly discourage anyone from renting from Gianikas Property Management. My roommate and I recently moved out of their apartment, and we were good tenants. We kept the apartment in good condition and always paid on time. Needless to say, we were appalled to find out that we lost our security deposit and was charged an additional $300 to replace the carpet in the apartment. The carpet had normal wear and tear, and the company was unable to produce documentation of the "damages" inflicted. While w... read more
