I have had my hair done at this salon for many years....first at their Springfield Mall location and now at their Kingstowne location. I think that it's great, and I have never had a problem with them. All of the employees have been helpful and friendly. Mike, who cuts my hair, is a wonderful person and a very accomplished hair professional. I recommend Giani's often, and would not have my hair done anywhere else.
I got my hair colored (foil highlights and lowlights) and cut by Fares yesterday. This was the second time I went to him. I agree with the other reviews, he has no personality but it doesn't bother me if he could do my hair the way I want it. I showed him a photo and he said ok. Half way through coloring it, Fares went to cut someone else's hair and had the girl that blow-dries hair (who was practicing on a manikin head the last time I was in, so obviously in training) do the underside back of my hair.
