I would like to speak to the Owner of Darcy’s. I am a second generation Italian American, I have served in the USAF (and my family has sacrificed) for over 36 years. This evening, my wife (a 21 year USAF Veteran) and I chose to go to Darcy’s for dinner. Our son works there as a dish washer. We went to support him and the restaurant. We had a very nice dinner, bottle of wine and had just ordered dessert. I had an interview scheduled at Darcy’s and arrived a few minutes early. I have been in the food and beverage industry at a very high level for 22+ years. I was greeted by a rude woman at the hostess stand. As I sat waiting for my interviewer, I was appalled at what I witnessed. The woman had no mask on during a pandemic; was chewing her fingernails; picking at her nose; and vaping. Absolutely disgusting. Needless to say, I left before the interview and would never patronize this establishment.

I must say I feel privileged to have such a great authentic Italian Restaurant right up the street from my home. My favorite so far is the good ol Veal Parmigiana! But there are a lot of other awesome dishes I’ve loved as well! Michael is always a pleasant guy to see bartending and is a great guy to strike up a conversation with or throw one of your best jokes at... The entire staff is on top of everything as well and are always happy to help with a smile!
Great food fantastic service , overall a great experience .
