My doctor is wonderful. She listens to all of my problems and really tries with my various health issues. However... The receptionists should lose their jobs. They have the nastiest entitled attitude, and every single time I've been in the waiting room, they have gossiped and outright trash talked patients. Patient information is CONFIDENTIAL. Absolutely appalled by the conduct of the reception staff. Unprofessional, elementary, and downright negligent. After nearly an hour of attempting to contact over the phone to try and schedule my chronically ill husband a simple appointment to discuss medication and testing that should take no more than fifteen minutes of his Doctor's time, 33 calls have gone unanswered and I have been outright hung up on six times. This office is so trash I don't even know where to start. Drs are impossible to reach because the front desk ladies don't care to ever do their job, they're rude and demeaning. I'd highly recommend finding somewhere else if you ever expect any kind of care. I don't understand why medical staff are so rude now, it's really frustrating.
My doctor (Dr. Klein) moved into Suite 210 a few years ago after years at 2700 Dufferin. Dr. Klein needs to leave that office and re-acquire his own staff again. The fact there are multiple individuals working in the front office and they cannot, or will not return a phone call concerning an appointment is rather alarming and infuriating. Imagine an 82 year old senior isn't allowed to see her family doctor because of either incompetence, or possible insolent behavior by the office staff.
