Absolutely Fantastic – Gialina impresses me every time. I live in the neighborhood, so I was glad to see that a great restaurant opened up nearby. I usually get the Atomica, but their seasonal butternut squash pizza is great too. They pay a lot of attention to the details, as you can see from my pros below:
Missed the mark – I really want to like this place. We live in the neighborhood and are fans of thin crust pizza, but the other night Gialina missed the mark. The ambience and decor is still appealing. I was completely happy with the pleasant and accommodating service, but the puttanesca pizza that came out was painfully salty.
