No it's not that these people are liars. He said these people don't know anything except what they know which is a very limited scope. They have these Jokers "authenticating" items that they have absolutely no knowledge about. So you really roll the dice with this company. If they don't know what it is or don't understand it they'll just say that it's not verifiable or whatever the reason they put down is. We visited with our kids kids ranging from 2-6 years old. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and provided an age appropriate, engaging tour highlighting all the wonderful gems. My youngest loved touching everything and my oldest has been asking to visit again! I learned so much as well! She also provided a great idea to get our kids a microscope so they can check out rocks and other finds in their own backyard. I highly recommend visiting especially if you have kids! Unprofessional and disrespectful. I earned my AJP diploma in February, paid over $1,000, and I am still being ignored by the Registrar and the Dean after multiple emails. I have been forced to file complaints with the California Attorney General, the BBB, and initiate a bank chargeback for fraud. Avoid this institution if you expect professional service.
