They are very professional, I received few reminders prior my appointment and the office it’s very clean personal very kind including the Dr. they have very highly technology and procedures and plan was well explained. The most important things for me it was that I’ll feel that they care about my concerns an all my questions were answer. Thank you so much for the great service !
They did a couple a things bad, first visit, the assistant broke a small picking tool inside and was unable ti recover from inside my mouth. And acted like nothing happened, just today i went for what i thought was a filling that cracked and explained which tooth, they worked on a different tooth, the dentist never verified that tooth he was working, and once he realized the mistake he stepped out the room to leave his assistant to give face to the matter, besides mal practice, no accountability, and when i looked at the rec... read more
Totalmente recomiendo NO acudan a perder su tiempo en este laboratorio dental solo quieren hacerte limpiezas dentales y trabajos grandes no los quieren hacer porque solo es un dentista para los 20 pasientes que tiene en el día y anda a las carreras sin explicarte nada y cuando tratas preguntarle algo se molesta el señor una pérdida de tiempo y carísimo que te cobran aunque tengas aseguranza .
I went with Gia dental because as soon as I walked in the door they treated me respectfully and kind, the dentist was awesome he was very patient. he also explained everything to me in detail and their reaction time to get this thing processing was immediate I couldn't be happier. And they got me in the very next day with NO HASSLE.
