Been here a couple of times and it was a good experience, now I’m trying to schedule an appointment and they never answer the phone, get back with your voicemails and you can’t even schedule an appointment online! Who do I have to call?!
Horrible experience if your planning to come to this spot expect very bad service no communication between hour doctor and this place plus even if you come 30 min earlier for your appointment you will still be here for at least 2 hours
I saw Dr. Patel for three appointments and each of them was a negative experience for me. They run 30-45 minutes late with me every time, and I was scheduled for their first appt of the day. Dr. Patel wouldn't know anything about me ahead of time. He started reading my chart when I came into his office. This usually went on for about 5 minutes before he started talking to me. UNPROFESSIONAL, horrible customer service. They won’t email x-ray pictures after getting a sunflower seed SHELL inside stuck inside lungs. Was told on the phone needed to pick them up in person. Went to pick up and,they REFUSED to give the x-ray photos!!
