Dr. Akit Patel is so great to work with. First he very knowledgeable. He has a calm, comforting bedside manner which makes talking to him easy. He gives you the time and patience to understand everything you are dealing with too. Love Dr. Patel but this is a very large system of offices. Calls, billing, and inquiries go to a central center and they use Ai robo calling for reminders. I'm a bit disappointed I was turned away from a scheduled appt when the Roswell office was relocated but I wasn't notified and robo call didn't ... read more
