Staff are friendly and professional. Dr. Meka is thorough and instilled confidence.
If I could give a negative rating I would. I walked in for my appointment today and the receptionist had an uninviting scowl on her face when she looked at me. After about 30 seconds of silence she finally asked if I was here for my appointment. She then proceeded to ask if I was self pay and I said yes. She slip me a document and said I’ll take your $200 co pay now and asked if I received the text with paperwork to complete / I told her I never received a text. Love the service that I always receive from Dr Meka and her team!
Dr Mel’s is always the best! She takes her time with you, doesn’t rush you. I left off a star just because the wait time from appt time shouldn’t be more than 10 min unless there’s some weird emergency. They called me back over 35 min after, but they really are great!
