I needed my out of state Medical Records from GI Partners quickly. I called and spoke Maritza from the Libertyville office. She was very prompt in sending my Medical Records to my provider. Maritza was very professional and has excellent customer service skills. I'm so glad I spoke to her and she was the one who handled my request!
Maritza did an excellent job in getting my out of state Medical Records to my health provider very promptly. Maritza was extremely friendly and very nice on the phone.
The staff and doctor were good about explaining the procedures. All went well and quickly. A good experience for a procedure that can be very uncomfortable.
Go elsewhere. Dr. Tasiopoulos and his group is a joke. They are not honest people. In my opinion, they don't care about their patients. Money driven doctors especially Dr. Tasiopoulos.
ive been with dc lee for over 20 yrs I cannot say enough about what a great doctor he is, never had any issues with his offices in all these years until today 9/05/23. I was treated in the worst way ever by a doctors offices by Patricia and staff there was an issue with the new insurance, as im asking pease help me because what you have isn't correct she was rude says as she's throws me on speaker I can't deal with this im not sure who and how many listening to our conversation which is a huge voilation of my privacy rights ... read more
