My doctor sent over my referral and I waiting almost 3 weeks and could not get anyone to call me back. If they can’t call you to set up an appointment or at minimum call you back then there’s no way I would trust them with my health. There’s a reason their rating is so low
I was referred to Dr Petros by my Dr. one of the best decisions my Dr made!! Oh my goodness I would of died I was losing so much weight the pain was unbearable!! Dr Petros staff is amazing so helpful friendly and knowledgeable after a short time with Dr Petros him and his staff have me feeling 100's percent better I'm back to my normal self feeling great thank you Dr Petros you are a good send! I couldn't have gotten this far without the amazing help from Dr Petros and staff! I love his smile
Long wait for call back (from the uncaring "New Patient" team) after they received my referral. 4 month wait to get an appointment! So sad that patients must beg and plead for an appointment when they are not feeling well and are worried about concerning lab results.
