Everyoneone there was very nice and professional. Once I sat down with the nurse and the p.a.i was at ease. Thank u everone.
Dr Shamban takes his time and listens. He’s very proactive. It’s obvious he cares about his patients and genuinely wants to help them feel better.
I have been coming out to the GI Medicine facility for over 10 years, and the experience is always great. HOWEVER the wait time to get someone on the phone when they open is not good. I waited over 15 minutes today to get a live person after calling 3 days just to schedule an appointment.
Staff and Dr. Were great, I was scared to go to the ER but after talking to the doctor I’m glad I went to the ER. Thank you
