The staff and assistants were very helpful and gracious.

I am sure the doctors at this practice are wonderful however, receptionists could use a lesson in empathy and the fact new patients take dead last to anything else they have on the docket bothers me. On top of that my doctor decided to cancel a weeks worth of patients with no back up appointments or doctors so it was based on order of appointments and approval. Close accepting new patients if your doctors can't handle them.
If you have seen another G.I. doctor within the last year, they will not see you. I think that’s something that they should put on their website. just an FYI so you don’t wait on hold for 30 minutes like I did.
