Terrible experience today. I accidentally arrived one hour early (no intent) so the nurse huffs and puff and say " I'll take you this time". This was my first time in over 10 years I was too early. Not once did she take my blood pressure before and after the infusion, didnt take my weight information, and not once did she ask me if I was ok. And the funny thing for being early by accident she couldn't find my vein and was purposely causing unnecessary pain. These nurses have no empathy and if you dont like your job QUIT F/W ... read more

Been going here for years never had an issue.
Full of incompetent people who clearly werent trained how to do their job. My boyfriends been going there for 7 months now and nearly every time theyve started late and hes been there longer than he shouldve been. Twice in a row he’s received a bad iv the first girl used the excuse of being new. When someone is sitting for hours receiving medicine that makes them sick you can at least make sure theyre in as little pain as possible not with a tugging iv.
