Very happy with G&I of Ballston Spa. Especially seeing how we have heard so many horror stories from other modular companies! We moved into our brand new home from G&I about a month ago. Jacob is who sold us our home and helped us out through the whole process. He was always answering my emails and calls very promptly and if he didn't have an answer he was calling the company for us.
