STAY FAR AWAY. My son rented an apartment here with two other students, and the apartment had bed bugs. My son called Terminix and had the problem "exterminated" and then he was reported to a collection agency. I just paid a $550 bill and Tim Benfield refuses to acknowledge the bill. I sent him the invoice and the receipt of payment. He originally agreed to pay half, but has not paid a single cent. BEWARE.
This company is great. Great apartments and great service. I highly recommend them over other companies in the area.
