Very unorganized and rude staff, long wait for even appointments take 1 hr to answer the ph call. Staff are very rude . Didn’t like the policy they never send the reminder and call for appointments and you can’t even reschedule the appointment after 2 times , they block u from the system. Very unorganized , not helpful . Not focus on child and patient need focus on their profit and organisation .
We Dr. Marcus yesterday and he was wonderful. Took his time explaining everything and even drew pictures for my son so he could understand.
Had a great experience today with with Dr. Jeffrey Lewis. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns and answered all my questions. He was patient through out and had such care for my boy.
No service here, doctors are rude, impossible to reach, disorganized, our son has had issues for months finally found another local pediatric GI in gainesville google it!- customer no service here look at reviews.BTW If you want any records you can fax a release form and wait 7-10 days who even has a fax machine these days c'mon.
Not the best first impression with phone system and long hold times trying to get medication issue resolved. Left voicemails have not received return calls and can’t speak with anyone.
