I won’t be seeking any further care here. My experience has not been great. Prior authorizations to my insurance were not done right for colonoscopy and endoscopy and now as a patient, I’m responsible for paying for what my insurance has denied as I’m told prior authorization was not done by GI Associates. Billing confirmed no authorization was sent for the endo, and that they wrote off part of the bill due to that, but not for colonoscopy.
