Doctor not bad, certain staff not good.
Worst. Move on. Had two attempts at a colonoscopy with both ponces and like father like son. Both incompetent and unprofessional. Had better service in matamoros.
I was advised that Dr. Ponce refuses to see any patient that has already seen another GI. So what if you are dissatisfied with your current doctor? No surprise as they are both part of Valley Baptist Health System. A code amongst thieves I suppose. Were I member of the Baptist faith, I would sue to have the good name removed from this horrible entity. People shouldn't be at the mercy of those sworn to care for them.
