Would not recommend at all. Ever since starting treatment there has been miscommunication between staff, office manager and doctors entire time for even the most basic things. You'll spend thousands of dollars getting colonoscopies, endoscopies, etc... just to not get any solid answers about anything even when they find something. They constantly have people leaving and new people coming onboard including NPs and gastro doctors and are understaffed. 100% worst doctors office ever been to in entire life. I absolutely love GI Alliance! Every experience with the front staff, MAs, and nurse practioners/doctors has been uncompromising in service. I had a situation that required me to get in ASAP to be approved for my medication and they found an opportunity immediately to make sure I did not miss a dose.
Dr Shretha is one of the best GI doctors I've ever seen. I trust him And I've seen a lot of GI doctors . I'm not giving this place 5 stars tho because of certain staff members that keep dropping the ball and trying to blame it on her other coworkers. Maybe the Drs that employ them need to know what she's doing and how she's treating people and ham stringing the patients Hopefully she sees this and tightens up on her job instead of finger pointing .
