They need to get their billing dept together. They are sending me bills when my insurance covers all medical appts. They do not know what they are doing and do not respond to messages either.
Very poor management. Services probably in great demand so they get away with treating people poorly. Had referral to see doctor. Upon calling office, they were out to lunch. Called back later and then it was hit this and hit that and then hit #1 and we'll text you. Then you respond to text, provide all the info, and then nothing until the next morning again asking for birthdate which I had already provided. Re: response for me to call. Dr. Anna Patel and her team were knowledgeable, professional, and pleaant throughout the process.
I was taken in to see doc in timely manner. Dr.Patel took time with me and answered all my questions. I have great confidence in her.
Just needed better direction on which parking was best at hospital and how to get to clinic. Maybe you include a printable pdf map of hospital with garage to clinic pathway.
