Staff have improved slightly but still lots of room for improvement. I understand they can be overworked, but a little kindness, followup and being accomodating goes a long way. Hoping to see continued improvement.

I cannot recommend this doctor. While Mr. Dostzada himself is a perfectly good doctor in his own right, the same cannot be said about his practice. Scheduling an appointment pre December 2023, I was forced to reschedule multiple times, finally having an appointment months after my initial call. Post December 2023, I cannot even reach the practice via the phone number provided. Calling their listed number gives me a 'message inbox is full, no messages will be recorded' automated response. I am very surprised by the comments. I didn’t have the same experience. I saw the doctor maybe 3 times. He always been very professional. The nurse also and she always been friendly.

Horrible experience. Has one main person answering calls. Takes forever to book appointment. Doesnt follow up consistently on important health issues and tests. And seems unconcerned about patient health. Confuses a lot of things too. I would NOT recommend at all.

Dr Dostzada him self is a very great doctor , but his staff on the other hand is very rude ,disrespectful and not professional whatsoever Jocelyn to be specific at the front desk was not only rude to my self but to my husband I will be taking action and reporting her to bureau In hopes that she does get away with treating other patients this way it’s a shame how this amazing doctor has this staff working for him
