The doctor needs to seriously reconsider who is working at the front desk. These two ladies are nasty, arrogant, and extremely unprofessional. The attitude and superiority complex are ridiculous. Being rude to patients doesn’t make you important, it just makes the clinic look bad. The doctor should fire them and hire people who actually understand basic customer service and professionalism.
The two front desk ladies have some of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever dealt with. Outdated clinic, rude staff, and absolutely not worth returning to.
The front desk staff are nasty, bitchy, and unbelievably arrogant. With the attitude they have, you would think they were making six-figure salaries and running the entire clinic. I don’t know where that superiority complex comes from, but treating patients and their families like garbage while working a front desk job is ridiculous. Terrible customer service, outdated clinic, and rude staff. Never coming back.
Terrible experience. My dad had a scheduled appointment, but the front desk refused to let him see the doctor because of a missing PCP referral, something they should have told us before we wasted our time coming there. The two front desk ladies were extremely rude and unhelpful. The clinic is outdated, with old equipment. Completely unacceptable service. We will never return. There are far better and more advanced eye clinics.
Dr. Dastgir is thorough and takes the time to explain things. My family and I have been seeing him for years, and he even tried speaking to my parents in their native language. I trust his knowledge and judgment, and I appreciate how he consistently goes out of his way to make patients feel comfortable and cared for.
