After waiting 4 hours for an ace bandage or a boot for a broken foot, I went to leave and had a male nurse try to explain to me why ambulances are causing me not to get a ace bandage I can apply myself that I will have to apply myself after unwrapping it for cleaning OR a boot. A disheveled man then approached me with a pair of scissor offering to cut off my wristband. Three hours in the waiting room with cardiac emergency symptoms and triage BP of 231-162. Never seen or checked on. Unacceptable
My mom had a knee replacement here on 2/25 and my brother and I were getting consulted on my mom's post op condition and the Dr had to rush off to something else. We were waiting for him to come back when "Pam" on the 2nd Floor came in told us to get out of the room If we were not speaking with a Dr. She was unbelievably rude in her tone, she didn't even have the decency to ask if we were waiting on a consult.
