This office has apparently been closed for months. Arrived for my 2pm appt today and found it locked up. No one bothered to let me know that I would now have to travel to Greenville for todays appt so I cancelled. Next available appt is in September 2023! What a waste of time and energy. I better not get billed for a missed appt.
Facility has closed down. Reason to the demise, I'll never know. It says temporarily when it looked like PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
My 18 month old son's pediatrician referred him here for a clogged tear duct in his right eye. Dr. Dolphin was super nice and explained the whole procedure to me. However, while waiting to be taken back (given my son and I are the only people there and I was trying to keep him sitting down so he wouldn't go knock all the glasses off the displays) I over heard the nurse who took us back ask the last day check out (her name was Princess) "Are you guys ready for me to take this patient back?" and Princess said very rudely "YES,... read more
