My daughter was transferred to the 6th floor (children’s floor) and had to have surgery. The whole staff was amazing and so good to us. They really are great with children.
Really incredible service! My wife gave birth to a healthy baby the staff, nurses and doctors were all so accommodating and friendly. Always very helpful and would answer all our questions. I’m actually very impressed. One specific thing that has been nice is that the doctors and nurses, at least for the birthing side of the hospital, allow you to do what you with your own birth preferences and baby. They aren’t pushy which has been really great.
Such an amazing hospital. I would like to personally thank every single person who helped care for my son during his 6 day visit recently! From the team of doctors, to all his nurses, to the imaging techs, transport, volunteers, food and nutrition delivery team, housekeeping, and the techs, THANK YOU. They all went above and beyond to take excellent care of my son. My daughter was admitted to the children’s hospital from kids care in Anderson for difficulty breathing/wheezing from RSV and strep. It has not been a pleasant experience. No Tylenol/Motrin has been offered, no vitals, no communication on any kind of plan or expectation. The room is not accommodating for family. The tv doesn’t work, and no one knows how to fix it. I’ve always thought Greenville hospitals had better care and rooms. I have always preferred Greenville over Anderson. I can honestly say I wish we never came here ... read more
Apparently this place becomes self-service after 7 pm because there's no way you call for help and only get a response if you walk to the nurse station and point out the light is flashing for a room
