Just had some issues with water getting in around my egress window that Tim installed back in December. Reached out to him and he came right back to check it out. After that big storm we had with the ping pong ball sized hail and heavy rain, everything held up perfectly - no leaks at all. Really appreciate that Tim followed up to make sure the fix worked and took care of the problem. Good to know GHR Egress Windows stands behind their work here in Jerseyville.
