Vitapur water dispenser is an absolute junk doesn't matter witch one it is... Absolute garbage 🗑️ Even with an exchange for another one... If you want reliability stay away!
Bought their undersink pur filtration system and trying to source the replacement filters which are not available anymore, the company keeps giving a forward Eta each time but the goods never arrive as stated.
Terrible customer service! and they don't keep their promises.
