Paul did a great job, dealt with Rheem water heater directly on my behalf to get me a new replacement water heater after I had purchased one and it simply would not provide hot water, turns out simply it was defective. Paul was our advocate and made the process much smoother by advocating to Rheem that a replacement new water heater was required. Rheem wanted to continue to waste time and throw parts at it to make the first new water heater actually work. I will be happy to recommend Paul for anyone's Plumbing or HVAC needs.... read more

I have never left a bad review for a fellow tradesmen but I just had a terrible experience with Paul. His behavior was wild. He had us come to do a leak detection for his client. We explained to him to have the water on 2hours ahead of our arrival. We were very clear about this. Unfortunately he didn’t do this. I told him it may effect me finding the leak, he then said the water heater is a hazard with the water to it off even though the heat was turned off.
