Paid to have plugs replaced! Took car to BMW for other issues and they informed me plugs never been touched. He also tried to get me to rebuild top part of engine ($3500) because of white smoke,again BMW said i only needed to replace orange PCV ( valve) which has a rubber seal connected that cracks and allow oil to leak. This place is unreliable. They have had my truck 3 months for a water pump repair, paid for and will not answer the phone or call back. I go to the place they tell me my truck will be ready in two days, I call back in two days no answer, no call back. It's been 2 weeks since I was told it'll be ready in 2 days. Do not take your car to this place! They are liars, scammers and not reliable.
