I saw Dr. Ghorayeb at a facility in Dearborn and he performed a very rushed assessment because its about seeing as many patients for him so he can send in insurance claims. As somebody who works in the medical field, I would say that's not how an assessment of a patient is done but let's be honest he just has to see as many patients as possible so he can send you a bill.
