Dr. Ghong is such a kind doctor. He really cares about relieving my pain and is always very timely. I can count on my experience to be smooth at all times.
I had a very good experience visiting Dr Ghong for my ankle treatment. I am super happy with the overall experience that includes scheduling, treatment, etc.
Dr.Ghong is a phenomenon podiatrist. My insurance didn't cover Jublia which is a medication for toenail fungus. Walgreens advised me that I had to pay 700 for it. Dr.Ghong referred me to another pharmacy that was able to reduce the cost of my medication to only 45!! I am very thankful that I was able to afford to purchase my meds and that Dr.Ghong took the time out to assit me,not many doctors would do that. The meds has helped my condition tremendously. Affable, understanding, and flexible.
Dr. Ghong is a very patient and friendly physician. During my visit, I did not feel rushed and Dr. Ghong answered all my questions. He genuinely cares for his patient's well-being which cares a welcoming environment. I highly recommend him.
He listens to you. He allows you time for your appointment and does not over book. Office staff very nice. Office is clean.
Dr. Ghong is nice. However I was given an appointment for ingrown toenail treatment on particular day (( I chose his office even if it was far away as most of my nearby podiatrists offices were closed)). Doctor saw me and mentioned that he does not have sterile surgical equipment available, asked me to reschedule. for a later day and I was charged half the treatment fee that day. If I wanted to do the treatment on a different day I would have chosen a nearby doctor. So I felt little mislead.
