Nurse practitioner Ellie Ebreo is a godsend! She is the queen of hormones as another NP described her when NP Ebreo was out on vacation and I was desperate to see her. NP Ebreo has completely changed my life in the few short months I’ve known her!
I previously had shared a negative experience that I had with the front staff. I decided to delete it and write another review. I wrote the review because of the disappointment I had at the moment with the front staff of how they treat patients. I am not a negative person and I want to see the good in everybody. I’ve been going with Dr Kiani since 2010. Since 2024 I now see my PA for yearly exams since the waiting time was always over 3 hours. I recommended Dr Kiani to my daughter for her pregnancy and the staff is so rude. I understand policies, but the demeanor the staff has is so unprofessional. They don’t get the correct amount to charge patient co-payment and try to argue like if I am dumb and illiterate. Even when I called the insurance in front of them, they still wanted to argue. I don’t know how these ladies still have a job here, been coming here 4 years ALWAYS the same rude nasty ladies who have no respect when talking to others, I’m a high risk pregnancy & they had NO respect or care in the world of what I had to say, if you don’t know how to work with people especially women who need support, THEY CAN FIND A DIFFERENT JOB maybe somewhere with the same attitude
Today I had the worst experience ever in this place, I was referred to this doctor because I had a cyst in my private part, and everything was fine with the people at front desk and with the nurses but everything went bad when this guy I think he was the doctor idk, but he was rude and he asked me why I was using a walker and then he proceeded to remove the cyst and he had the nerve to say that he didn’t know how I could have intimacy if I can’t even open my legs right.
